At the age of 25, we opened our first own restaurant: the Landgasthaus zur Löwen in Langrickenbach TG. For five years we ran the restaurant with 15 Gault Millau points, before we moved to St. Gallen. There the Neubädli waited for us, which we led with 16 Gault Millau points, entry in the Guide Michelin and as a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, in the circles of the gourmet temples.
After a year of creative break filled with impressive travel around the world, we were ready for a fresh start in Zurich. With many new inspirations in the luggage, we signed the lease for the Alte Löwen in 2008. Here at the Rigiplatz met our dream of the Quartierbeiz for connoisseurs.
